Bapenda Reopens Services at 16 Samsat Outlets

Service at the sub-district office starts at 8 AM to 2 PM. Especially on Saturdays, it is temporarily closed

Jakarta Regional Earnings Board (Bapenda) has reopened services at 16 Samsat outlets in five urban areas during the transitional large-scale social limitation (PSBB).

Of 16 Samsat outlets, Jakarta Bapenda Executing Unit Acting Head, 3 out of them were in Central Jakarta includes, Thamrin City, Mangga Dua Mall and Kemayoran Sub-district Office.

"3 outlets are in North Jakarta includes, Artha Gading Mall, Pluit Village and Penjaringan Sub-district Office," he expressed, Monday (5/16).

There were also 4 outlets in South Jakarta includes, Pelayanan Public Mall, Blok M Square, Gandaria City Mall and Pasar Minggu Sub-district Office, 3 outlets are in West Jakarta includes, Taman Palem mall, Lippo Mall Puri and Kebon Jeruk Sub-district Office.

"3 outlets are in East Jakarta includes, Tamini Square, Grand Cakung Mall and Pulo Gadung Sub-district Office," he explained.

According to him, starting today, the vehicle taxes (PKB) payment in a number of shopping centers was opened at 10 AM to 2 PM.

"Service at the sub-district office starts at 8 AM to 2 PM. Especially on Saturdays, it is temporarily closed," he explained.

He explained it was reopened in order to facilitate citizens by continuing to implement health protocols to contain coronavirus transmission.

"They can visit the nearest outlets by attaching proof of vehicle ownership documents (BPKB) and ID card," he told.

He added PKB realization up to the second weekend of June reached Rp 3.31 trillion of the total target set by Rp 9.5 trillion. While for the vehicle ownership transfer fees (BBNKB) realization was Rp 1.9 trillion of the total target set by Rp 5.9 trillion.

"So, we urge taxpayers to pay off tax at outlets and use online Samsat services to help the Jakarta Provincial Government, which is currently handling the COVID-19 pandemic," he stated.
